All headstocks have oblong holes for attaching the turnbuckles. If these rods are positioned in an oblong hole, the plough-tractor assembly is able to adapt optimally to uneven ground and thus maintain the desired working depth. With 2 oblong holes (or even 3 holes with the XMS turning element or larger) at different heights, optimal lifting is also guaranteed independent of the tractor
