40 years of AMAZONE Ltd dealer, Masons Kings
Masons Kings, an AMAZONE dealer in south-west of England, this year celebrates their 40th anniversary. Founded in 1984, Masons Kings has grown from just one branch in Devon to now three covering also Cornwall and Somerset for John Deere. Masons Kings took on the AMAZONE franchise because their philosophy matches the AMAZONE ethos of always being there for the customer. Now with 120 staff , they are well equipped to handle the parts support as well as the service demands of AMAZONE technology with their Orchard Farm-trained engineers.
Simon Brown, pictured below with Alan Rowden, Masons Kings Group Sales Manager, went down to congratulate them on their achievement and discussed what the AMAZONE franchise meant to them.
Alan (on the left) explained that although they started out selling ZA-X and ZA-M spreaders to family farms in Devon, the level of technology demanded by growers in the area has grown signicantly and now their main selling products are ZA-TS ProfisPro Hydro spreaders and hi-tech sprayers with individual nozzle control and automatic boom guidance. The Precea precision seeder, especially the new 6000-2 AFCC combination, has been extremely well received in the south-west. The big contracting businesses in the area have also adopted AMAZONE, not just for spraying and spreading, but also for soil tillage and seeding using both Ceus and Catros along with the most common means of crop establishment in the area, the drill combi including many Avant folding front tank combinations.
We wish Masons Kings all the best for the next 40 years and hope that they continue to choose AMAZONE as their partner.
