Gute Noten für Amazone als Arbeitgeber

In einer jüngst von der Zeitschrift Focus in Kooperation mit dem Karriere-Netzwerk Xing durchgeführten Studie zum Thema „Beste Arbeitgeber“ in Deutschland haben die Amazonen-Werke hervorragend abgeschnitten. Mit 6.490 von 10.000 möglichen Punkten hat das Unternehmen in der Branche „Automobil und Zulieferer“ Platz 31 erreicht. Der erste Platz ging in dieser Branche an den PKW-Hersteller Audi mit 8.655 Punkten. Auch bei der branchenübergreifenden Gesamtbetrachtung schneidet Amazone sehr gut ab.

Als Grundlage der Studie dienten Befragungen von Führungskräften, Fachkräften mit komplexen Aufgaben, Arbeitnehmern mit einfachen Aufgaben und Mitarbeitern in der Ausbildung. Die Befragungen wurden über mehrere Online-Kanäle durchgeführt. Im Fragenkatalog ging es um die Zufriedenheit mit dem Image des Unternehmens, das Führungsverhalten der Chefs, die Perspektiven im Unternehmen oder das Gehalt. Entscheidendes Kriterium für die Auswertung war aber die Frage: Würde ein Arbeitnehmer sein Unternehmen an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen.

The new ZA-X and ZA-M mounted spreaders with EasySet 2 in-cab terminal

Amazone’s new ZA-M 02 and ZA-X 03 mounted spreaders can now be specified with the EasySet 2 in-cab terminal. This electric control unit enables a constant application rate to be maintained irrespective of forward speed as well as offering many other easy-to-operate functions and comfortable setting options. Amazone UX SmartSprayer - Spot Farming at the highest level now in field use

Amazone will start field usage of the UX 5201 SmartSprayer trailed sprayer with its 36 metre boom width during the spring season 2021. The pinpoint application of foliar herbicides will be carried out "green in green" in real time during the day-to-day spraying activities of a large arable farm. The camera technology from Bosch detects weeds in row crops and the xarvio™ Agronomic Decision-making Engine (ADE) from BASF Digital Farming Solutions decides on the application.
