Amazone auctions seed drill for a good cause

As part of the Amatechnica in-house show and machinery demonstration, Amazone invites you to an exciting live auction of nearly-new Amazone used machinery on 23 May 2024. The auction, which will be carried out by Euro Auctions, Europe's leading auction house for used construction equipment and agriculture machinery, offers an opportunity for all interested parties to buy high-quality machinery at an attractive price in the special atmosphere of an international agricultural machinery auction.

Almost 40 agricultural machines, some as good as new, will come under the hammer. Amazone is providing a new D9 3000 Special mounted seed drill with RoTeC single disc coulters to auction off for a good cause. The proceeds from this machine will benefit the Osnabrück Outpatient Children’s Hospice Service. This organisation supports families, in which a child or a young person has a life-shortening or life-threatening illness. Qualified volunteers support the affected children and young people as well as their parents and siblings from the time of diagnosis through to the mourning process. The support is provided at home and is free of charge for the families. In many cases, this important help is provided over a period of several years. Social responsibility is an important concern for Amazone, and we would like to acknowledge and support the remarkable work of this local children's hospice service through this donation.

The auction is part of the Amatechnica programme and will take place on the Amazonen-Werke premises in Hasbergen-Gaste at 13.30. Participants need to register in advance free of charge at Those who decide to take part on the spur of the moment can also register on the day. A live broadcast on the Euro Auctions website will enable online participation, so that interested parties from all over the world can bid. All machines are auctioned without a reserve price with the highest bidder winning the auction.

The machines on offer can be viewed at or looked over at Amatechnica.
