myAmaRouter-App
AMAZONE connection to the data hub
The agrirouter was presented as a new product at Agritechnica 2017. As a neutral entity, the new data exchange platform solves a key problem in the digitalisation of agriculture: the agrirouter is a universal data exchange platform for farmers and contractors through which machinery and agricultural software can be connected across manufacturers.
Each user can create a personal agrirouter account and creates their own data stream consisting of his individual machinery and management systems. In the control centre, only they can determine the routes through which his data is transmitted. The user decides which manufacturers, service providers and consultants have access to his personal data. The data is released on a data record basis and not as a fundamental principle. agrirouter transfers the data, but does not save it. In this way, the user retains full control over their personal data and only they are able to send the data to the respective experts. The agrirouter simplifies the exchange of data and therefore operational processes. It reduces administration time and improves profitability.
At Agritechnica 2019, AMAZONE will be presenting the myAgrirouter App for iOS and Android smartphones, as well as tablets. This App acts as a link between the AmaTron 4 ISOBUS operator terminal and the data hub. By creating a hotspot using a smartphone, data such as the job data or application maps can be sent from any Farm Management Information System (FMIS) via agrirouter to AmaTron 4, which is equipped with a WLAN USB key, using the myAgrirouter App. Conversely, jobs being carried out can be recorded on the AmaTron 4 and sent to a Farm Management Information System for documentation via the myAgrirouter App. In this way, a simple and secure route is created for the transfer of personal data.
