Service & Parts support with regard to coronavirus
Despite the current situation, we are still striving to offer a comprehensive parts and service back up. Our AfterSales team are still out and about where possible and where arrangements can be made to keep both parties safe; if not, then there is full phone availability. Weekend support by us to the dealer continues to be available with your dealer having access to this year round. The parts supply is still working well both out of Doncaster and Germany and we will keep this going as long as we can courier the parts out to dealer.
With our staff home-based where possible, then the phone fertiliser settings are being handled remotely and so the best access to this service is by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the spreader model, disc choice, tramline width, fertiliser make & type, fertiliser country of origin, bag code where applicable, application rate desired and forward speed and we will get back to you.
Machinery deliveries are continuing to happen for those waiting still for kit to arrive.
